What older learners think
From April to June 2008 100 older learners and older volunteers - 74 women and 26 men in the five participating countries were consulted about their opinions on a workshop to promote community development, life-long learning and volunteering. The detailed results of these interviews and group discussion can be found in the report “Developing a workshop model to promote learning and engagement with older people. A transnational overview”.
The participants of the consultation answered to the following questions:
How do you want to spend your 3rd age?
How do you feel about the idea of SLIC-workshop?
Which recommendations do have for suitable methods for the SLIC-workshop?
